Shipping policy

All regular standard shipping orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (SGT) for same-day or next-day delivery are processed the same day.
Every order is shipped securely using kerbside-recyclable, plastic-free rigid cardboard mailers or height-adjustable book wraps to ensure your media arrives safely and sustainably.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Standard Tracked — $2.99 SGD (Free for orders over $50)

Same Day — $14.99 SGD (Free for orders over $200)

Standard Tracked — RM20 (Free for orders over RM200)

Next Day — RM30 (Free for orders over RM300)

Orders placed and paid before 2:00 PM (SGT) will be delivered the next business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (SGT) will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery Areas: We currently ship exclusively within Singapore and Malaysia, though we are actively working to expand to more markets.
Delivery Estimates: Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates. While we process orders quickly, actual transit times are not guaranteed and may vary due to courier delays or factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
