All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. However, your rights under Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act are not affected.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note on CD Packaging: Standard plastic jewel cases are inherently fragile and may sustain minor cracks during transit. Because they are easily replaceable protective shells, damage limited solely to the jewel casing does not constitute a defective product and is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
